Peace from Anger
Create a biodegradable image of your anger out of dirt, cloth, or anything that seems appropriate. Bury this under ashes and leaves, saying:
Dust falls to Dust, and leaves fly away, let peace find a foothold, keeping anger at bay.
On top of the mound, place an amethyst crystal. Depending on the location, this should remain undisturbed for as long as possible to transmit your magickal energy.
